Power Transformer Oil Filtration Service Kenya
Transformer oil filtration is carried out with Ultra High Vacuum oil filter machine of adequate capacity. Our mobile oil filtration plant is designed to remove dissolved moisture, dirt, air and other gases from the transformer oil.
Transformer oil can be contaminated by compontents/particles i.e water and chemical. When the issue is overlooked, it can lead to expensive transformer overhauls.

Transformer Testing and Condition Assessment
Testing your transformer after installation or during annual maintenance will allow you gauge or detect any unforeseen change in the condition of the transformer and take necessary repairs. MRL Group offers comprehensive transformer testing and assessment after installation or during maintenances such as.
a. Transformer functional checks such as mechanical trips (Bucholz, Pressure relief devices and electronic thermal monitors) and Load tap changer
b. Transformer primary tests which include insulation power factor, turns ratio, winding excitation, insulation resistance, winding resistance, sweep frequency analysis, leakage reactance, CT saturation and ratio and dissolved gas analysis
